The province of La Rioja has a single commercial airport and is located, of course, in the city of the capital, which bears the same name. We are talking about Vicente Almandos Almonacid Airport, also called IRJ, located about 6 km from the city center.

Although at the moment it does not receive international flights, this venue can be reached via cabotage flights from Aeroparque (usually), and from Ezeiza (occasionally).
